STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We hope you are pleased and happy with ShiftCam Products at shiftcam.com. However, if the product you receive is defective or damaged on arrival, you may return the defective products to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased value. Please note that shipping costs, import/duty, and custom fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may request for a replacement of your product. (See warranty information for more details)
If you wish to return your products for any reasons outside of defects or damage, you may ship the product back to us within 30 days and request for refund. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and deducted from the purchased value, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may request for a full refund of store credit.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL--Please note that discounted items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged (includes orders with discount code applied). Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, and returns are not permitted for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal.
All items must be in original condition containing all components (i.e. phone case, carrying bag, lens cap, adaptors, carrier etc), with no scratches to the lenses, the case, or any other parts, and must be shipped in the original packaging. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return postage with tracking details provided to Hong Kong.
Once your returned item(s) has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you on the approval status of your refund request. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-10 business days.
If you are experiencing issues with the refund processing, please first check with your bank / credit card company / PayPal for updates. If the issue persists, please contact us by clicking “Submit a Request” on this page or reach out to us at cs@shiftcam.com for assistance.
Please note that our return policy only applies to orders placed on our official website, shiftcam.com. If you would like to return/exchange a product purchased from other channels please contact your retailers or third party vendors directly.
EXCHANGE POLICY
As an online store, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange for a different item or color, kindly follow the returns procedure above for refund and place a new order instead.
