If you're experiencing part of the lens is showing or blocking the camera, it might be due to your phone's macro control settings. Here's how to troubleshoot this issue:
Step 1: Attach the Lens Properly.
Make sure to attach the lens to the main (1x) lens of your smartphone. The location of the main lens may vary depending on your phone model. If you are using your phone with ShiftCam Camera Case, look for the "M" marking on the Lens Mount, which stands for the main lens.
Step 2: Enable Macro Control in Camera Settings.
Open your phone's Settings and navigate to the Camera settings. Look for an option related to Macro Control and ensure it is turned on.
Step 3: Open the Camera App.
Open your phone's camera app as you normally would. You may notice a flower icon appearing on the screen. Tap this icon to manually switch off automatic macro mode switching. By doing this step, you will no longer see the lens blocking the camera.
Step 4: Lens is Now Ready to Use.
You can start capturing high-quality photos and videos without any obstruction or interference from the lens. Enjoy your photography experience with LensUltra Series!
