When I Press the Shutter Button on ProGrip/SnapGrip, it Triggers my Smartphone's Volume/Zoom Control Instead of Capturing Photos/Videos

If the shutter button of your ProGrip or SnapGrip activates the zoom or volume on your smartphone instead of capturing photos, the problem likely stems from your phone's camera settings. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to address this issue.

Step 1: Open the camera app.

Open the camera application on your phone. 

Step 2: Go to camera settings.

Once the camera app is open, navigate to the settings menu. This is usually represented by a gear icon or three vertical dots, depending on your phone's camera app.

Step 3: Check shooting methods.

Look for an option called "Shooting Methods" or a similar setting that controls the function of the volume control button.

Step 4: Select "Take Photo or Video".

Within the shooting methods settings, ensure that the option for "Take Photo or Video" is selected or enabled. This setting should instruct the camera app to capture photos or videos when the shutter button is pressed, rather than controlling zoom or volume.

Step 5: Test the Shutter Button.

Exit the camera settings and return to the camera viewfinder. Test the shutter button to see if it now correctly captures photos or starts recording videos when pressed.
